Eames is currently partnered with a leading MGA that is looking for a Data Developer to join their MI team, take ownership of their data warehouse, and ensure robust data services.

This is a hybrid role. You will be in the London office twice per week. The salary for the role is £95,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.

The Job:

  • Develop and support data warehouse, ETL, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure effective operation, integration, integrity, and maintenance of central data reporting and MI services.
  • Manage third parties for development and support of data solutions, ensuring technical standards and industry best practices.
  • Deliver and support reconciliation strategy across applications and data stores, collaborating with business teams to improve data services.

The Candidates:

  • Proven track record in delivering data warehouse solutions to insurance clients, preferably with Verisk framework and star schema.
  • Experience in MI services delivery in MGA, Lloyd's, and US markets, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Azure DevOps, with knowledge of broader development tools like PowerShell and QlikSense.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and work both independently and collaboratively.
