Data Engineer - £80,000 + bonus

I am working with a Microsoft Partnered consultancy who are looking for Data Engineers to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of client projects across a number of different industries such as retail, finance and the public sector.

In this role, your work will focus on the delivery of projects utlising the latest Azure technologies. This Microsoft partner is operating with the most cutting-edge technologies and you will be encouraged to expand your skill on a daily basis! You will work directly with the organisation's clients base, to consult with them about their data initiatives and advise them on the best course of action when it comes to delivery and implementation of cloud-based data platforms.

You will be encouraged to engage with both in house and Microsoft certified training courses to ensure you have the skills to excel in this position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a real data driven consultancy, that looks after its team and will support you to further your career!

This is a salaried role paying up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience and a company benefits package including a performance related bonus. This is a predominantly a home-based role with occasional fully expensed visits to client sites as and when required.

To be successful in the role you will have.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure data platform architecture
• Strong understanding of Databricks
• Coding experience with both Python and SQL
• Experience working with Azure Data Factory for creating ETL solutions
• Experience working with Azure Data Lake and Delta Lake storage
