Data Engineer

The Data Engineer will:

• Delivering large data programs in collaboration with the Data Integrations team ensuring strategic data alignment
• Obtaining requirements to properly identify, lead and assist several aspects of program delivery
• Liaising with several business departments ensuring business requirements are met inline with
• Delivery of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum etc) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps etc)

Data Engineer responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• End to end support for all business functions
• Assisting head of Solutions Data & Analytics
• Collaborating with the wider organization
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure efficiency
• Implementing solutions using various methodologies aligned with systems integrations
• Mass ingestion of cloud process flows and data management

Required:

• Experience within insurance or financial services (must)
• Proficient with SQL, ETL, DevOps
• Strong comprehension of agile methodologies
• Knowledge of security challenges and processes
• Hands on experience migrating data and IT systems from legacy to cloud
• Advanced analytics understanding and operational support
