Your new company & role
A Brighton-based NHS service provider is looking for x4 Administrators to join the team on a temporary basis. Starting asap, this role will continue until September with the possibility for an internal move at the end of the assignment. In this role, you will accurately input patient data into the system. Tasks include: creating new patient profiles, selecting urgency levels for referrals, booking and amending appointments, as well as handling inbound calls and emails, resolving queries and escalating issues. Working hours are 37.5/week, Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates will have previous data entry/administration experience and strong communication skills. Knowledge of the NHS/medical sector is highly beneficial but not essential for this role. As this position is based in Brighton and working 5 days a week in the office, you'll need to live within a commutable distance. No DBS required.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive an hourly rate of £13.49/hr Premium, paid weekly.
