An immediate position has arisen for an experienced Data Entry Assistant.

The role:

In order to support the business’s continued growth, the Finance team is seeking an organised and diligent Data Entry Assistant. The successful individual will be responsible for a range of transactional and operational activities within the business and will join a team of 13 people, reporting directly to senior members within the finance function.

The role will offer steady responsibilities in a well-established and fast paced organisation. Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and transparency.

The Data Entry Assistant would have responsibility for the following key activities:

Loan Data Entry

  • Updating the company’s loan book databases for completed loans;
  • Updating the company’s institutional investor reporting databases for completed loans;
  • Updating the company’s buy-to-let reporting database, including application data and completed mortgage loan information;
  • Checking the integrity of the data contained in internal and external reporting;
  • Auditing internal data received from other departments to the underlying documentation.

This role is available immediately and is offering a basic salary to £28k
