About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a Liverpool-based team in the Real Estate sector as the Data Manager. The company is going through an exciting period of growth, currently in the middle of implementing a Data Warehouse for the organisation. Using your comprehensive knowledge, you will be crucial in developing and maintaining a clear data flow process for all data moving across internal and external parties.

Reporting directly to the Head of the department and stakeholders, you will serve as the focal point of contact for all data-related activities, creating a clear insight into the performance and identifying areas for improvement with the wider business.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in data management or analysis, able to translate complex problems
  • Strong understanding of Interfacing with APIs through various technologies
  • Knowledge of SFTP data connections for secure and app-to-app connectivity
  • Proficiency with database and data management technologies (SQL, SAP Business Objects, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Education background in Computer Science or a related course would be preferable

You will be required to attend the Liverpool office more regularly during the onboarding period, moving to no more than once a month thereafter.
