we are looking for a data Analyst to work 2 days from home
the role is based in chiswick and as mentioned HYbrid working

what i need to see is
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field. 4+ years’ experience working in marketing. Additional related short courses are beneficial.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, GA4 and PowerBI. Knowledge with CRM programs and databases.
Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical thinking, strategic approach, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings in an easy-to-understand format.
Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of key marketing concepts and digital marketing technologies. Ability to work with data from various channels and have a specialty in a particular aspect of marketing analytics.
Learning and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, market trends, and digital marketing platforms.

The core responsibilities of the marketing analyst will be focusing on audience generation, campaign reporting and optimization, departmental reporting, and lower funnel KPIs, customer profiling and segmentation. This role is central to our goal of maximizing cost and revenue optimisation through data-driven insights.

This position will be primarily housed within the Business Analytics team, where you will integrate seamlessly with our existing experts. Notably, this role also establishes a vital dotted line into the Performance Marketing team, underscoring its collaborative nature. As an integral part of this role, you will be actively involved in marketing meetings and play a role in shaping and enhancing performance-based marketing activities. Your contributions will be essential in driving continuous improvements in our marketing performance, bridging the gap between analytics and marketing to foster a more data-driven approach.
