Job title: Data Administrator/Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Leamington Spa, CV32
Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week.

Duties [will include but are not limited to:] 

  • Uploading documentation to Clients
  • Collecting and cleansing data to provide analysis for key reviews to assisting Line Manager
  • Daily use of CRS systems
  • Compliance checking, to ensure insurance and mortgage cases are compliant
  • Calling lenders and solicitors for updates
  • Answering the phones to arrange mortgage appointments
  • Email campaigns and updates
  • Reviewing external data to identifying potential errors

What the client are looking for: 
Core competencies / Desired skills: 

  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Genuine interest in becoming a Mortgage Advisor
  • Driven mentality to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Entry requirements: 

  • 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
