Location: Central London (hybrid 2/3 days a week)

Clearance required: ACTIVE SC clearance

Duration: Initial work package until 30th Sept 2024 (scope for extension as a 3 year project)

Are you a Data Office SME, with strong experience in Data Governance, looking to work in a team of Data experts to identify Data Standards, Principles and Management within a new Data function? We're looking for a Data Office SME with strong Public Sector domain experience, to work in a high-calibre Consultancy pioneering Data innovation in Central Government.

This role sits within a Strategic Team, critical for a wider large scale Public Sector programme. The Data Office SME will be instrumental in setting up a new central data function - end-to-end data management, implementing those core standards for governance. The Team comprises of deep technical data experts, and so the Data Office SME role is to work collaboratively with the Data Architects and Engineers, to successfully set precedence in the Office.

We're looking for the Data Office SME to have experience in:

  • Data Strategy
  • Data Governance
  • Data Management
  • Experience in setting up a Data Office within the Public Sector is preferable
