Job Description:

The Engagement Architect will play a crucial role in engaging directly with businesses to gather requirements and act as a key account manager for the platform team within a region. This role involves understanding business needs, providing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of platform services.

Job Level Descriptor:

• Has moderate to extensive knowledge and experience in pre-sales and technical architecture.
• Performs a range of assignments, developing towards full accountability for business objectives.
• Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project.
• Typically resolves problems using existing solutions but may also solve complex problems with new perspectives.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
• Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and T1 roles (up to 3).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Act as a key single point of contact for the platform team, ensuring alignment with business needs (outside support requests).
• Provide technical solutions and architectural guidance to support business objectives.
• Partner with Product Managers and Platform domain leads on continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
• Participate in the design of new processes, services, and products for the platform.
• Liaise with other functional areas within D&A to ensure consistent cross-functional business process design.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams around current product and services design.
• Support operations in complex and high-impact issues as they arise.
• Advocate and enforce applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and maintenance of the platform.
• Assist with platform portfolio lifecycle activities and drive sustainable solutions to maximize the value contribution of D&A to the business.
