Data Project Coordinator

Key Tasks
  • Build and maintain a good professional relationship with both internal (sales/finance) and external partners.
  • Manage a weekly process to ensure good accuracy of data acquired from partners.
  • Regularly track and communicate the status of your portfolio of partners.
  • Work methodically to document changes.
  • Continuous improvement on the overall process for better efficiency.
  • Data analysis to ensure good data integrity.
  • Work effectively as a team, sharing ideas to progressively improve the process and implement better efficiency.

Key Skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst/project coordination role, working with external customers/partners.
  • Proactive and determined to drive actions and results to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal / written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills will be beneficial, with experience working from large data sets.
  • Additional language skills will be helpful, though not necessary.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, 3 days per week in the London HQ, paying up to £185pd inside IR35 for an initial 12m contract.
