Data Quality Lead
Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is looking for a permanent Data Quality Lead to join their Data team.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data quality strategies and processes
  • Ensure data standards and best practices are followed
  • Develop a framework for data validation to assure data integrity for regulatory and strategic requirements
  • Implement data validation rules in data quality tools ensuring the rules reflect data quality standards and requirements
  • Analyse and identify data quality issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that summarise data quality metrics, trends, and improvements providing a clear view of data quality


Key Skills:
  • Background in data quality management with experience in data validation rule implementation
  • Experience carrying out data profiling
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of data quality and the impact on business objectives and risk management
  • Strong understanding of data quality concepts and methodologies
  • Experience with data profiling and data cleansing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DQPro
