Data & SAP Solutions Support 12-month FTC
As part of a growing organising you will be a key team member in providing hands-on support of the internal CRM system SAP and Data Analysis. The focus of his role is to operate and innovate the system and processes into the global team.
Alongside this you will, monitor the systems operation and maintain the correct information to ensure this is in line with the head office function.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the requests of the Customer Service system
Identifying and implementing improvements to system to ensure business requirements are met
SAP, CRM and CIC system maintenance
Sourcing and acquiring data from various systems
Analysing data to extract insights
Sharing relevant findings to stakeholders
Maintaining strong relationships with all key departments and team members
Skills and experience required:
4+ years of experience of SAP
Previous experience in support or project-based role/s
Bachelor of Science in computer related subjects or equivalent
Database experiences (Oracle, MS-SQL)
Proven track record in customer engagement and relationship building
Analysis of the data experience
