Data Scientist
£400 per day | Outside IR35 | Remote-First (occasional Central London days)
6-month contract | Immediate Start

We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist to join a fast-moving project focused on predictive analytics. This is an opportunity to make a real impact - refining existing algorithms and building new models to improve business performance.

The Role:

• Analyse and improve an existing predictive algorithm.

• Develop new models focusing on propensity and churn prediction.

• Work with large datasets using Python and SQL.

• Communicate findings clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid hands-on experience in predictive analytics, especially around propensity modelling and churn analysis.

• Strong technical skills in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.

• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex insights clearly.

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

• Available to start immediately.

• Rate: £400 per day

• IR35 Status: Outside IR35

• Location: Remote-first (occasional visits to a Central London office)

• Duration: 6 months
