Database Manager - Charity!

The Database Manager is responsible for managing and developing the critical database systems used by the organisation to support its fundraising and marketing efforts in response to global disasters.

This role is responsible for managing and developing the organisation's CRM system (Salesforce) to support fundraising and marketing activities. The Database Manager will ensure data quality, compliance with regulations, and the effective use of data for insights and decision-making.

The Database Manager will oversee the technical aspects of the CRM system, including data integrity, system performance, and integration with other systems. They will also work closely with fundraising teams to develop reporting and analysis tools to support income generation and supporter retention.

This role involves managing a team responsible for database support. The Database Manager will also ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security.
