About this role:

Day Concierge - Canary Wharf - £30,000 - 12 hour shift 4 days on, 4 days off - Immediate start

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant residential development located in Canary Wharf that offers excellent career progression and invests in its employees. The successful candidate will be employed in a prestigious development equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The primary responsibility of the Day Concierge is to maintain the luxury standards of the residential development by ensuring a pleasant and safe environment and delivering the highest level of customer care in accordance with operating procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary levels of customer service and support.
- Welcome all residents and visitors in person at reception or via telephone/email.
- Manage deliveries and collections for residents, logging notifications through the resident's app.
- Handle all requests for access to apartment keys in accordance with system procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for queries and building/management issues.
- Offer residents advice and recommendations regarding local amenities.
- Ensure facilities are opened and closed at the start and end of the day.
- Provide support for private events held within the development.
- Adhere to Service Pillars and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee emergency procedures, including fire evacuation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a residential concierge or in a front-of-house role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
