Our client is looking for an experienced Day Concierge to be based at a luxury residential development in North London. Working hours are 7am-7pm, working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Position: Day Concierge

Location: North London

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm

Job type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
  • Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
  • Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
  • Assisting residents with day to day queries.
  • Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
  • Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
  • Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
  • Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is required.
