Our client is looking for an experienced Concierge to be based at a residential development in Brentford, London. Working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Position: Both day and night roles available

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
• Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
• Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
• Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
• Assisting residents with day to day queries.
• Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
• Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
• Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
• Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in a residential buildings is required.
