DCO Manager - Remote working with occasional access to the North West - Solar - up to £85,000 DOE

I'm exclusively representing a client to bring onboard a dedicated DCO Manager to manage this entire process to RtB for a major project they have onboarded into their portfolio.

Last year was HUGE for this company, with major further investment, European growth, insane project pipeline, and much more added in on their journey to becoming one of the fastest growing IPPs.

This company have a significant pipeline of projects across the whole of the UK, with pre-approved grid connections and a highly skilled team of individuals behind their success. From this they have managed to secure further talent to drive forward their ambitions of reaching net zero.

Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
* Managing the planning application process.
* Undertaking and managing the consultation process with the Local Planning Authority and the local community.
* Working alongside internal teams to ensure projects are fully maximized.
* Managing a multi-disciplinary team from an early stage through to ready-to-build post-consent.
* Working through the pre-application phase with each sub-consultant/legal team to ensure the application remains on time and budget for a formal application.
* Manage the response through the examination phase.
* Discharging planning conditions and handover to construction.
* Creating project documentation.

If you are currently working on renewable DCOs, DNSs, or s36 work then I'd like to talk to you about getting involved with this next key hire.
