2024 is the year for personal injury solicitors, whether defendant or pursuer.

This one is for two to four years post qualified defendant PI solicitors, either Edinburgh or Glasgow based, who are keen to specialise in industrial and occupational disease work over the next few years.

QED Legal's client is at the forefront of the most high profile defended disease work in the country and with a growing portfolio of exceptional clients, requires an addition to their disease team.

Whilst you don't need to have specialised in disease work to date, prior exposure to this type of work is essential. Pursuers will be considered if you specialise in disease work already. 

You will get to work alongside one (and more widely some) of the most respected Partners in this space in Scotland and enjoy salary levels at the top end of this work in this PQE range.
