Our client is a reputable legal firm dedicated to providing exceptional services in the field of defendant litigation. As a Defendant Litigation Executive, you will be joining a team that values expertise, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Defendant Litigation Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes credit hire, low-value personal injury claims, and RTA work. You will be responsible for handling cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that each case is managed efficiently and effectively.

The role offers a competitive salary of around £35,000, with the added benefit of a performance bonus of up to £10,000. Additionally, you will enjoy the flexibility of remote working and adaptable working hours, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in defendant litigation, particularly in credit hire, low-value personal injury claims, and RTA work. You should be self-sufficient, highly organised, and capable of managing a varied caseload independently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position.
