We’re working with a highly collaborative and forward thinking Insurer who are looking to hire a Delegated Authority Manager to play a pivotal role to shape how onboarding, reporting and oversight is done with a modern and tech forward approach.
You’ll be responsible for end to end oversight of coverholder onboarding across both underwriting and claims ensuring processes are watertight, compliant and efficient.
You’ll be a referral point for the team, bringing strong technical knowledge and a confident grasp of Lloyd’s systems and standards. You'll also play a key role in supporting the journey toward greater operational efficiencies and help embed innovation into day to day operations.
Experience needed;
Strong experience in delegated authority gained in the Lloyd’s market, ideally with exposure to both delegated underwriting and delegated claims
Excellent knowledge of Lloyd’s processes, systems and ongoing market modernisation
Tech savvy and data driven, confident in reporting, analytics and bringing clarity from complexity
A collaborative style, able to bring people with you, build trust and guide both peers and juniors
