I'm currently working closely with a rapidly growing Global carrier on the appointment of a Delegated Claims Manager/Head of Delegated Claims for their team in London. The role will be responsible for leading our client's Delegated Claims team, overseeing delegated accounts and ensuring efficient claims processing and strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delegated claims accounts and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with claims procedures and policies.
  • Manage team performance and data integrity.
  • Maintain high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in claims management and vendor oversight.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
