Salary: Up to £25,000 plus bonus

Tallgrass Recruitment is experiencing a period of extensive growth, and we are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant / 180 Recruiter to join our growing team. You will work with some of the largest companies within the financial services sector in the UK, handling a variety of roles.

Responsibilities:

• Job Advertising: Writing job adverts and posting them on relevant job boards.
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates using Boolean searches.
• Application Filtering: Filtering through applications from adverts to find suitable candidates.
• Candidate Qualification: Qualifying candidates to ensure they are the right fit for the roles you're working on.
• CV Formatting: Formatting CVs so they are ready to send to the client.
• Interview Arrangements: Arranging interviews with candidates and taking feedback, passing this onto the consultant to liaise with the client.

Requirements:

• Recruitment Experience: At least 6 months of experience within a recruitment environment.
• Sector Experience: Experience within the financial services market is beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Opportunities:

There will be no business development required initially. However, if you are interested in progressing to a 360 Consultant role, we will provide support and training for your development.
