Demand & Revenue Forecasting Lead

Working for a Rail operator, as a specialist in the revenue modelling against the standards set out in the Passenger Demand Forecasting Handbook

Salary: £57,000 - £62,000 + package

Location: London

(Hybrid working arrangement- 3 days working from the office/ 2 days WFH)

Overview:

The Resolute Group have been exclusively retained by the directorate of a Train Operator to secure a Demand & Revenue analyst that can step in to a lead position. Our client collaborates closely with the DfT, GBR and associated governing bodies.

This individual will be central to understanding the impacts of initiatives across several products across our client's programme, generating Strategic Market Reports, Fare option Analysis, Train Service Specification, and working to the standards in the Passenger Demand Forecasting Handbook (PDFH).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Modelling: developing & running Demand & Revenue models, understanding industry principles to modelling rail demands and producing forecasting models.
  • Data Analysis in relation to passenger demand and passenger behaviour.
  • Economic Forecasts: to acknowledge and be aware of the latest economic factors which may affect & influence future rail demand.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree ideally to support your experience at operating at this level.
  • Experience of working to the standards set out in the Passenger Demand Forecasting Handbook (PDFH)
