Dental Technician - prosthetics

As a result of business expansion, a dental lab in the Brighton area is looking for a technician to join their friendly team on a full time basis working in a state of the art lab. The Laboratory is seeking a talented Prosthetic Technician with strong digital skills to join our growing and dedicated team. As experts in dental laboratory services, they work alongside internationally renowned clinicians to drive innovation and develop new protocols, ensuring the best patient outcomes.

Their focus is on complex dental cases that require exceptional problem-solving skills and close collaboration between the patient, surgeon, and laboratory.

Responsibilities:

. -Manage the process of dental appliance production from start to finish, ensuring

meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company standards.

· - Collaborate closely with clinicians and dental professionals, embracing a patient[1]centred approach to achieve optimal results.

· - Utilize your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and provide innovative

solutions for complex dental cases.

· - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our laboratory protocols, sharing your

expertise and ideas.

Requirements:

· - Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a prosthetic technician, able to complete partial

dentures, full dentures and implant restorations to a high standard.

· - A portfolio or evidence of previous work showcasing your skills in producing high[1]quality dental appliances and private restorations.

· - To have strong digital skills and be able to complete prosthetic restorations with a

fully digital workflow, experience using 3Shape or Exocad is preferred.

· - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clinicians.

· - GDC (General Dental Council) registration preferred but not mandatory.

· English Speaking.
