Temporary Administrator – for 3 months +

City centre located office – hybrid working is available.

Public Sector organisation.

We are currently recruiting for a Liverpool based company who are looking for temporary administrative support within a busy customer support team. Due to some restructure within this new department we are looking for an experienced Administrator who can assist with the day to day tasks, leaving the team to attend to customer support.

  • Maintaining the department email inbox, passing on emails, answering general queries.
  • Dealing with customer service outcomes, such as sending out communications, filling in applications.
  • Maintaining the case management system, daily updating data and / or customer details.
  • Taking general department calls.
  • Thinking ahead and planning what support is potentially needed week on week. Working closely with the department manager, supporting with meetings.
  • Working with documents and written communications, producing documents for reports.
  • Any other administration, project support required.

We are looking for someone who is a very confident Administrator. Ideally someone who has provided sole support within a busy team.

You will have outstanding IT skills, someone who is very confident within all areas of MS Office, and has ideally used a case management system before.

We are ideally looking for someone who comes from a regulatory background (public sector, NHS, Finance, Banking, compliance etc) this isn’t essential but certain guidelines / SLA’s that have to be followed it would certainly help within this role.

Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm are the usual hours although some flexibility could be shown. £14.56ph plus holiday pay.
