What You’ll Do:

- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide your team to achieve operational excellence.

- Communication: Be the go-to contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration and top-notch customer service.

- Logistics Management: Keep things running smoothly by managing schedules, deliveries, and collections. Your organisation skills will shine here!

- Health & Safety: Uphold health and safety standards, making sure everyone stays safe while working efficiently.

- On-Call Support: Be part of the on-call rota to ensure the depot runs smoothly outside of regular hours.

- Hands-On Work: You’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get involved with the physical side of operations too!

About You:

- You’re ready to mentor and train your team, helping them grow while you grow too.
