Morgan Hunt require a Deputy Catering Manager for NHS based in Central London

Pay Rate: £27ph + £3.25ph WTR Total: £30.25ph PAYE

Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri

Location: Central London

Duration: 6 months on going contract

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and possess the ability to work on their own initiative. Whilst desirable, it is not essential that applicants have experience in working in a Healthcare environment.

Main purpose of the job

  • To support the management of all catering services at the trust.
  • Lead on Catering Projects.
  • The post holder will form part of the facilities management team and will be expected to be involved in managing catering functions across the entire trust site
  • Be responsible for supporting the development of Patient and Retail Catering operations.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that the Trusts environment is safe for patients & staff.
  • Be the lead for food hygiene - compliance and assurance
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with the operational clinical teams.
  • Subject matter expert relating to catering/food etc
  • Support the development of the service and any related catering projects within the organisation
  • Be an ambassador for the Catering Services and wider Space and Place Directorate
