We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Maths to join our school in Cheshunt, South East Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and shape the Maths department, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Maths department
• Developing and implementing curriculum and assessment plans
• Providing professional development opportunities for staff
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Ensuring the department meets academic standards and targets

• A proven track record of successful teaching experience
• A relevant teaching qualification and experience in Maths education
• Strong leadership and management skills
