About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the EYFS site, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning. Provide strong leadership to a team of dedicated teachers and support staff.
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of an innovative and effective EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils and prepares them for future educational success.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and support teaching staff, promoting continuous professional development and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, fostering a supportive and inclusive community that enhances the educational experience of all children.
  • Pupil Achievement: Monitor and track pupil progress, implementing strategies to ensure all children achieve their full potential. Address any issues that may arise and work to provide solutions that benefit the pupils and the school.
