Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description:
SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dynamic and motivated Deputy Head Teacher for a well-established Primary School in Brent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for student achievement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Teacher in the leadership and management of the school
• Lead on curriculum development and assessment
• Support staff development and training
• Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student progress
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in a leadership role within a primary school
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
