As a Deputy Manager we want a retail leader who will manage a multi-department store and ensure consistency across numerous departments. Our client prides them selves on an excellent customer experience and we want a Deputy Manager to drive the customer journey at all times.

In addition you will be able to work at pace, there is a lot going on in the store and a number of plates to spin! The Deputy Manager will take control of a lot the operational elements of the store. What we need in our new Deputy Manager:

• A background within a large format retail store is preferred, not essential
• Experience of working in a fast paced store
• Ideally experience of multi-product or department stores
• High levels of motivational ability to inspire your teams
• Strong track record of delivering results in a complex operational role
• Passion, energy and drive
