Job Title: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Bottisham, CB25
Salary: £47,550 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 39 hours per week

About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their team within a 39bed Residential Dementia service in Bottisham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with the Home Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety. This role is ideal for a care team supervisor with formal qualifications (S/NVQ/QCF Diploma level 3 or equivalent) who is ready to take on a leadership position as part of their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in delivering high standards of care
* Develop, lead, and motivate a team of care staff
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
