Deputy Home Manager

£22 - £23 per hour DOE / Great Wyrley, Walsall / 36 hours on Days

Time Recruitment is assisting an innovative provider who have 6 homes operating in the West Midlands area and due to continued success, they are looking to expand their portfolio in 2024!. We are recruiting for a nurse-trained Deputy Home Manager for as 40 bed service in Great Wyrley, Walsall.

The Deputy Home Manager will benefit from excellent support; the senior management team which includes an nurse qualified home manager, operations manager and operations director alongside a very approachable managing director to ensure support is there every step of the way.

Deputy Home Manager Position Overview

- To support the home manager with the day-to-day operations of the homes

- To raise any safeguarding incidents ensuring they are being actioned

- Ensure all compliance is completed

- To create and implement action plans

- Maintain confidentially and data at all times

- Delivery of high standards of care to all residents

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements for the Deputy Home Manager include:

*Nurse Qualified

*Previous experience in a nursing home as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead role

*Good CQC reports
