Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Using Solidworks to Design sheet metal parts.
• Develop concepts and Prototypes from customer requirements
• Producing technical 3D Drawings
• Compiling BOMs and other technical documentation
• Conducting site surveys from time to time
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in sheet metal design MINIMUM
• 1-2 years experience with Solidworks
• Understanding of sheet metal folding and punching machines
• Right to work in the UK
