Description
- Designing, testing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment
- Display competency in CAD Packages such as Solidworks, Inventor & Revit
- Developing detailed project plans
- Collaborating with a team of engineers to develop efficient systems
- Continuously improving existing systems and processes
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety and design standards
- Reporting progress and challenges to the project manager
- Documenting all design and development work for future reference
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends
Profile
A successful Design Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
