Design Executive

We are seeking a Design Executive to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to apply their design skills in a dynamic business environment. The Design Executive will be instrumental in creating and executing printed materials and digital assets to elevate the sales of our products, concepts, and brands.

• Uphold the company’s brand standards across all materials.
• Produce high-quality assets that meet expectations and deadlines.
• Communicate brand guidelines, tone of voice, and key messaging effectively.
• Manage projects from conception to execution, including digital assets for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and website content.
• Implement a feedback process to ensure content quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with various teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Maintain and update company templates and ensure consistent use across platforms.
• Design promotional materials, sales decks, brochures, flyers, and product catalogues.
• Develop in-store merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
• Oversee the photo library, including image resizing and touch-ups.
• Track software updates and highlight any required training.
• Assist with product photoshoots and presentations.
• Stay informed about current design trends and best practices.
• Create print-ready artwork for product packaging and maintain data backups.

• A recent degree in Design, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
• Creative flair and innovative thinking.
• Strong interest in photography and videography.
• Collaborative spirit with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Experience in creating content for social media campaigns.
