Design Manager - Facades

Design Manager required to join a leading facade specialist based in the London area. The company have a great reputation within the industry and have worked on exciting projects across the UK. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Designer / Design Manager with a strong background in facades to join their team.

The suitable Design Manager will have experience working on projects involving cladding, curtain walling, structural glazing, windows and doors previously.

Design Manager Benefits:

• Salary £45,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)

Design Manager Position Overview

• Responsible for the design of multiple projects.
• Produce technical drawing and submittals
• Undertake site surveys
• Control the success of the profit margin
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Provide support and guidance to site management teams
• Issue progress reports against the project programme
• Site visits when required

Design Manager Position Requirements

• Design experience within the facade industry
• Strong technical knowledge
• Commercial awareness
• Good IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Commutable distance to London
• Full UK Driver's License
