Joining my client as a Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the customer, key partners, and suppliers at bid and delivery stages. With a strong knowledge of the construction industry, you will handle both single stage tenders and preferred terms work efficiently.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree level or hold an HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline and be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (e.g., CIOB). Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous.
