DESIGN PROGRAMME MANAGER

(Gandalf of Design and Product)

* Outside IR35

* £500-£550 pd

* Onsite/Offsite hybrid

This is a pivotal role, within my client's UX, UI and Product Design studio. You will report directly into the Chief of Design and work close with other C-level and VP members across Product, Tech and Marketing.

This role is paramount in enabling and driving transformative projects across the client's website, app and web3 platforms. With a primary focus towards the Digital, Design and Product teams, you will support strategic delivery, process optimisation, and project execution.

A day in the life of:

  • Daily stand-ups with the Digital Managers to prioritise requests.
  • Own the design priorities, coordinating with designers, CX and product to align project tasks to Jira Tickets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the design studio, ensuring efficient workflow and project prioritisation.
  • Be the conduit of collaboration across Digital, CRM, Product, Client Experience and Marketing departments
  • Align design initiatives with business objectives and contribute to overall digital design strategy.
  • Provide leadership, orchestration and hands-on support to designers (risk identification, process mapping, and stakeholder liaison.
