Exciting opportunity for a Temporary Design Studio Administrator! Join a leading support charity in London and bring your organisational skills to a dynamic, creative environment - this is a part-time 21hrs a week role, on a temporary basis to start w/c 9th September, for approximately 3 months.

Join a large, well-known support charity based in London, just a short walk from West Kensington tube station, as a Temporary Design Studio Administrator. This role is focused on providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our Studio team's projects. Your responsibilities will include updating schedules, circulating proofs, chasing feedback, and maintaining accurate tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Update project schedules and maintain accurate records.
Circulate proofs and track feedback from internal stakeholders.
Chase and consolidate feedback to ensure timely project progression.
Update and maintain the team's tracker system.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient project delivery.


Requirements:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy.
Available to start on w/c 9th September and able to work in the office on Tuesdays.
Desirable: Experience working alongside a design studio or marketing team, or a strong interest in marketing and communications.

Job Title: Temporary Design Studio Administrator (Admin Support)
Location: West Kensington, London W14 8RR (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Fixed Term - 3 Weeks
Start Date: w/c 9th September
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (Tuesdays in office, other days flexible)
Hourly Rate: £14.38
