Are you a passionate and dynamic Design and Technology (DT) Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? Prospero Teaching are working with a lovely secondary school in Dagenham who is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated DT Teacher to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Design and Technology, covering a range of topics including product design, textiles, and engineering.
- Inspire and motivate students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent, with a specialization in Design and Technology.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for DT.
- Experience teaching DT at secondary school level.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in training and development opportunities.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
