Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
- Monitor and Motivate: Assess student progress regularly, providing insightful and constructive feedback to support their development.
- Innovate the Curriculum: Play a key role in developing the DT curriculum, integrating modern resources and innovative teaching methods.
- Collaborate and Share: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching and learning across the school.

Requirements:
- A degree in Design & Technology or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge across various DT disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
