Key Responsibilities:

• Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
• Monitor and Motivate: Assess student progress regularly, providing insightful and constructive feedback to support their development.
• Innovate the Curriculum: Play a key role in developing the DT curriculum, integrating modern resources and innovative teaching methods.

Requirements:

• A degree in Design & Technology or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge across various DT disciplines.
