Designer
Our client in Northampton is looking for an experienced Designer to join the team!
As the Content Designer, your role involves enhancing our customer experience by devising strategic design solutions that are both user-friendly and intuitive. You will spearhead various projects and actively contribute to creative concepts within our content team. Your responsibilities will span across the entire customer journey, encompassing digital user interfaces, marketing initiatives, print materials, packaging, and design endeavours. Working across all our brands, you'll grasp the unique requirements of each to uphold and evolve their brand identities and communication strategies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development of our brands customer journey and lifecycle strategy - all centred around our customer excellence standards
- Designing for omni-channel customer journeys
- Performing comprehensive competitor analysis
- Collaborating with our developers to bring your designs to life
- Assist in generating additional visual assets, including manipulating photography and creating videos
Experience:
- Previous creative experience working in a similar role for 3+ years.
- Adobe CC is our primary toolset. Your portfolio will showcase your ability to create stunning content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and XD or Figma.
- Knowledge of video creation using motion, premiere or canvas would be a benefit.
- Experience creating content for eCommerce websites.
- Klaviyo or other email marketing platform experience
