Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Manage functional specifications, system testing, UAT and implementations by writing well-designed and testable code
• Coordinate with project managers in fulfilling business requirements within deadlines
• Work on the client’s site on a variety of projects of varying scale

Skills & Qualities

• Experience in software development with various programming languages (Java/ C#, SQL, Oracle, Unix, Linux)
• Ideally a minimum of six years of relevant experience
• A banking/financial services background
• Exposure to project design, development and delivery processes
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent coding and digital development abilities
• The confidence to express ideas as part of a creative team
• A clear and genuine interest in technological trends
• The ability to meet deadlines and think strategically
• A passionate approach to work with a desire to push boundaries
• The ability to explain technical jargon to peers
