Role - Development Executive

Location - Home based (occasion travel to South Yorks based office)

Salary - up to £50K plus car allowance, attractive bonus etc

Are you an experienced Development/Commercial Account Executive seeking a role that offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work from home?

A leading progressive firm of independent brokers is seeking a sales focussed insurance professional with a broad technical knowledge of commercial insurance products to join the team and add to their already impressive proposition. Predominantly working from home (with occasional travel to a South Yorkshire based office) this role will involve developing your own portfolio of clients, which you will then service on an ongoing basis. You will benefit from access to all leading markets, an attractive, clear, and achievable commission scheme, and the autonomy to build your client base free from the red tape and micro-management sometimes associated with working for larger insurance brokers.

Required experience:

• Ideally possess a minimum of 3 or 4 years commercial broking experience.
• Experience gained in a client facing role.
• The ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• The ability to work under your own initiative.
• Full driving license required in order to attend client visits.
