Development Executive

I am currently working with Europe's leading owner of outdoor media infrastructure who are looking for an ambitious individual to join their dynamic team. Role: Development Executive

Salary: £30,000 per annum (with bonus opportunities of +£5000 in your first year)

Location: West London. Hybrid working is available once training is completed.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 9:00-17:30

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Development Managers in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing sites and chasing down leads.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company by bringing in new sites.

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with client interactions and cold calling.
  • A methodical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in property, sales, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
