Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer Lead with expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular to lead our development team. As the Developer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing software solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, support, and expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and address technical debt and architectural improvements.
• Drive innovation and best practices in software development processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in software development with expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular and SQL Server.
• Experience within a small financial services firm is necessary.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
