Are you an experienced Development Manager / Senior Development Manager looking for your next interim assignment? Are you experienced in managing schemes through the planning, tendering and delivery stages?

About the Role

We are working with a small but ambitious development team who are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join them, initially on an interim basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects through all stages of development, with a particular focus on planning, tendering and delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects through all stages of development
  • Inputting into the wider growth and development of the business
  • Taking responsibility for the overall performance of projects
  • Leading the design team in the production of master plans and scheme design layouts
  • Liaising with all stakeholders, including public engagement
  • Ensuring that all legal documentation is completed and retained
  • Assisting as necessary with issues in connection with the joint venture

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential development
  • Proven track record of success in securing planning permission and delivering residential developments
